Payment and Cancellation Policy


You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival date and there is no additional cancellation fee. The full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. There are no refunds with LESS THAN 45 DAYS notice to arrival date.

No refunds are given with less than 45-days notice for any reason, including weather, road conditions, or logistical reasons.


FIRST PAYMENT: A deposit in the amount of $300.00 is payable on date of reservation and will apply to your lodging total.

SECOND PAYMENT: The balance of your lodging payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Upon receipt of your payment, we will email you the rental information PDF file with all the information for your stay.

Note: Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $30 fee.

SUBMISSION: A $500 Refundable Security Deposit in Canadian dollars is required for all stays. The $500 Refundable Security Deposit covers the cost of any extraordinary repairs and special cleaning. The Security Deposit can be made by cheque or other agreeable method. The $500 Refundable Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.

RETURN: The $500 Refundable Security Deposit will be returned to the guest by cheque or other agreeable method within 15 days of departure.
